I know what it means to rebuild.

My work is built around honest conversations about mental health, addiction, fatherhood, shame, and the difficult but transformative process of rebuilding a life. I speak from lived experience—not theory alone. I know what it means to struggle privately while appearing fine on the outside. My life changed through accountability, discipline, asking for help, and accepting that rebuilding happens one decision at a time. Today, I use that experience to help people name what has remained unspoken, confront what has kept them stuck, and begin building a life no longer defined by their lowest point.
